At Eco Sparckle, we take pride in our craftsmanship. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

1) Return Time

Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

2) Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or engraved jewelry orders cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Some discounted or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect products.

3) Return Process

  • Customers must initiate the return within 24 hours of receiving the package, including a video of the product unpacking.
  • Ship the item back within 7 days of purchase after receiving confirmation from our team.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; no pick-up service is available.

4) Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within a few weeks after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • A quality check will be conducted to ensure no damage or alterations before processing the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal) within 10 business days after passing the quality check.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alterations, resizing by an external jeweler, or damage cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds will only be offered as exchanges instead of cash refunds.
  • Labour, certification fees, and GST are non-refundable, as these are third-party costs.
  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund after deducting a 4% payment gateway charge.
  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a Processing Charge of ₹1000 plus a 4% payment gateway charge, borne by the customer.
